I’m Aditi Vaidya, the founder of Aditi Cake & Cookery Classes in Mumbai, Maharashtra. With more than 5 years of teaching experience, I have been helping learners discover the joy of cooking and baking through clear guidance, creative recipes, and a warm, supportive teaching style. My workshops are designed for everyone—from beginners taking their first step in the kitchen to home cooks looking to elevate their skills. I focus on making recipes easy to understand and practical to implement, ensuring every participant learns techniques they can confidently use at home. Whether it's cakes, desserts, Indian dishes, or everyday cooking, each workshop is interactive, hands-on, and filled with valuable tips that make learning enjoyable. All sessions are conducted in Hindi and Marathi, making the experience comfortable and relatable for learners from different backgrounds.
