You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Curator Responsibilities

Curators agree to host safe, legal, and accurately described experiences. Skibbo reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through Skibbo are subject to the curator's cancellation policy. Skibbo facilitates transactions but is not responsible for disputes between explorers and curators.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Skibbo to engage in fraudulent activity, post false information, or violate any applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Skibbo — including logos, designs, and software — is owned by Skibbo or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skibbo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Skibbo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
