I have been passionately involved in skill development and creative training for many years. Since 2007, I have served as a guest fashion design trainer with USHA International, helping students discover their creativity and build strong, practical design skills. From 2011 to 2015, I also worked with the Bank of India’s Star Swarojgar Yojna, where I had the opportunity to train women in agarbatti making, candle making, artificial jewellery, and achar–papad preparation. Through these programs, I aimed to empower women with real, income-generating skills that could support their independence and confidence. Teaching has always been my passion, and every session—whether creative or skill-based—gives me immense joy. I believe in making learning simple, enjoyable, and meaningful, ensuring that every student feels supported and encouraged throughout their journey.
